Mr. Andrews was the son of the late James Andrews & Pauline Dockery Andrews.  He was retired from the U. S. Navy and was a member of the Templo La Hermosa Church.

Survivors include: Wife: Estela Benitez Martinez of Douglas; Son: Jason Paul Andrews of Alpharetta; Daughter: Tiffany Rose Andrews of Douglas; 4 Step-children, 4 grandchildren; 14 Step-grandchildren.
