Mrs. Mary Elizabeth Stapleton, 78, of Douglas, GA passed away Saturday, October 09, 2021 at Coffee Regional Medical Center. She was born in Douglas, GA on May 30, 1943 to the late Wilbert Stapleton and Eva Troupe Stapleton.

Mrs. Stapleton is survived by her Daughter; Tosha Oglesby (Mikle) of Douglas, GA.

Son; Teddy Johnson (Juliana) Boggus of Douglas, GA.

5 Granddaughters; Emmy Oglesby, Jasmine Hagen, Aaliyah Oglesby, Mia Oglesby and Kaitlynn Johnson (Josh Velasquez)

2 Sisters; Geneva Hickox and Bonnie Conley (John) both of Douglas, GA.

Visitation will take place Monday, October 11, 2021 from 6:00 – 9:00 PM in the chapel of Johnson Funeral & Cremation Services.

Funeral Services will be Tuesday, October 12, 2021 at 2:00 PM in the chapel of Johnson Funeral & Cremation Service burial will follow in New Hope Church Cemetery in Ambrose, GA. with Brother Heath Wingard officiating.

Active pallbearers; Mikle Oglesby, Tyler Hulett, Bradley White, Josh Velasquez, John Flores and Caleb Hulett

Honorary Pallbearers are Coffee County Police and Fire Department.
