Mr. Mancil was born in Douglas, Ga. and was a carpenter.

Survivors include: Daughter: Jessica Priest of Screven; Son: Aaron Mancil of Waycross; Father: Noah Mancil, Jr. of Douglas; Mother: Jimmie Sue Mancil of Douglas; Sisters: Shannon Sirmans & Bree Mercer both of Douglas; Five grandchildren; Two nieces also survive.
