Mrs. Ruby Carolyn Allen, 78 of Waycross, GA passed away June 20, 2019 at her home. Born in Whitespring, FL. to the late Samuel Brantley and Rosey Vaughn Brantley. She was a homemaker.
She is preceded in death by her parents.
Mrs. Allen is survived by her husband John Allen of Waycross, GA. Children; Pat Alisua, Brenda Bryant, Linda Fowler, Edward Elmore and Edwin Elmore. Brother; John Brantley. Step-Daughter; Tammy Scarbrough, Grandchildren; Alan Mercer, Michael Mercer, Chasity Brannen, Wendel Brannen and Presley Brannen. 10 Great Grandchildren and several nieces and nephews also survive.
The family will receive friends Sunday June 23, 2019 at Johnson Funeral and Cremation Services in Douglas, GA from 6-8 PM. Graveside services will be held Monday June 24, 2019 at 10:00 AM at the City Of Douglas Cemetery with Rev. Toby Gale officiating.
